Last ever pizza party today. Cara decided since it was the last one to go all out. We did have a lot of people there, really. Cara, Suz and I were prepping early on, then Liz, Rich and Kris showed up. Soon we got invaded by Gina, Adam, Sam, Kerry, Michelle, Essena... It was cool. I got to make my patented take on taco pizza again, and people really like it. I'm pretty good at this on the whole. And it's not that expensive... well except for the yeast and the cheese. It was also our last gaming session. Steve's game. It was a lot of fun, really. The best part was the irony factor. A big part of this campaign we've been in opposition of the Faithless. They're a pretty cool concept. We're working in a medievalish setting (although with magic, not too much, and sort of poorish economy), and the Faithless are an organisation which focuses on technology. In this environment the most technology you get is well-crafted locks or weapons. Other than that you have to incorporate magic. So we've been hit on by an assassin and we've been dodging semi-magical automatons right and left lately. Today we came up against the guy who's responsible for all of this. And our thief used a dagger his practices were responsible for on him. It's called "the Organ Donor." And dear old Kettlemar, Scott's character, got off three critical hits with it. He made some comment like "hey, you recognise this, eh??" *grin* Crits with the Organ Donor count by a factor of five, due to the nature of the weapon. So while it's just a little dagger, Scott got off 35 and 40 point hits with those crits. Damn, that was cool. Yeah, that was fun. Unfortunately I'm retiring Kallyste. I took her sheet with me for posterity or whatnot. I'm still desperately trying to stay in denial about never seeing people again. I'm going to be so incredibly depressed for the next month. I guess I'll have to keep myself busy somehow to combat it. Well, I could do with catching up on reading, that's for sure. I should be taking Stenny's method and making a reading list. Hmm. I guess not just now. I still have to work out all my packing details and whatnot. Why the hell do I say "whatnot" so damned much?I have yet to start doing work for my CS final. I have yet to actually look at when my French final is. I"m such a twit sometimes. I so hope my plans regarding my future work. They keep coming up lately. Everyone is just sad. Everyone wants me to come back, I guess. *sigh* Well, it's nice feeling wanted. Blarghit. I hope I'm happy.
