No driver for you! Help. I just made a Seinfeld reference. *Sigh* At least I haven't actually seen the show. Well. No audio drivers because HP doesn't love us. And despite the fact that I would rather have tried SuSE next, I think I'm stuck with Red Hat just because I can download iso images for that, and it's ever so much easier to deal with. I wimp out again. Yay.

I have things on the Windows front back to normal. Ethernet card arrived today. Got to the office at three ten. Had computer open with dust streaming out by three fifteeen. Blargh, but that thing gets dusty. I feel like sneezing just thinking about it. New card was in shortly thereafter, and I was back in IRC by three thirty with my favoured client. I think this one runs faster, too. I'm really happy about it all.

Meanwhile, auditioned for chorus today... I'm shooting myself in the foot by doing so. I need to get a drop add form and add Wind Ensemble and Orchestra as well as ditching Flute Ensemble. I need to talk to a bunch of people, too. Mrf. Don't want to...

I misssss people. Classes are interesting. I'm an egotist. I'm already feeling like I don't need the course on the meaning of life. Feeling like my version is working well already. Wanting to smack myself for being so pompous. Should go to bed soon. Wake up early. Have no clothes left. What the heck am I doing with myself? Aargh. Will figure everything out at some point.

Have been spending time in #spinnwebe again. People are being nice to me. While they aren't making fun of me for taste in music. *shrug* This stuff makes me a bit antsy. It's all very silly.

Tomorrow will be the first day of proctoring the Mac lab this semester, I think. I'm signed up for three hours in a row. *sigh* I could bring a book.... not sure even *I* want to spend that much time in the lab. Will have to consider this all some more.
